When staying at this hotel, I loved its location. It was close to the MRT station and within walking distance to supermarkets. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The breakfast buffet had many options, and the staff were helpful and accommodating.

Nijo market is at a small distance, Odori subway station can be reached within 5 minutes walk. Hotel's position was next to tourist spots like susukino. Nakajima Park neighborhood was definitely worth visiting.

The hotel had a great location near a lot of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The room had a terrible smell of oily cooking and it was difficult to get rid of it. The lobby was also not on the ground floor which was a bit inconvenient.

The staff were very nice and polite, the room had no air-con during autumn and winter time, I felt hot and didn't like warm air, so the staff gave me a fan to me and I felt very comfortable when I was sleeping at night. The location of the hotel was near subway station just 5 mins walk and closer to the shopping malls and restaurants nearby. There was a Lawson store at the g/f inside the hotel building.

The location was great! Right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and public transportation. The room was quiet and cozy, perfect for a winter stay. The public hot bath was a nice bonus, perfect for warming up after a long day of exploring.
The breakfast was a letdown. There wasn't enough variety, and it was mostly Japanese-style dishes.

Beautiful breakfast everyday, lovely clean rooms, access to combini without having to leave hotel, very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff.
Susukino area in front of hotel very close to night clubs and host/hostess clubs so not recommended for families and children.

This hotel is well located, with easy access to the nearby Tanuki Koji shopping street and Susukino area. There are also several supermarkets within walking distance. Rooms are comfortable, with a fridge, kettle, TV, and A/C. The buffet breakfast is included in the room rate and offers a good variety of food.
The hotel staff may charge for late check-out, even if it's just a few minutes.
